How is it measured?

Chest circumference: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of the chest.

Waist: Measure your waist circumference about 2 cm above your belly button.

Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure the circumference of your hips at their widest part.

Torso measurement: Place the tape measure at the top of your shoulder, pass it through your groin and back to your shoulder.

Inseam: Measure the length from the groin to the bottom of the ankle.
